  • Xtra Mile Travel Services are not holding any bookings or any pre-purchase hotel rooms.
  • All prices and airfare subject to change without notice.
  • No airfare is guaranteed until purchased.
  • Hotel confirmation is subject to availability.
  • Visa is always subject to approval and at the sole discretion of Immigration / Embassy / Consulate. We hold no right or guarantee to the decision of Visa Officer

Booking Conditions

  • Xtra Mile Travel Services requires a minimum of 50% of the total booking amount to initiate the request or Rs. 10,000 per person, whichever is higher.
  • Full payment is required at least 15 Days before departure.
  • Confirmation Vouchers can only be given on the receipt of Full Payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy applies as per Hotel & Airlines regulations and policies. This is advised to you at the time of  booking.
  • The fare rules are different for all airlines.  Changes and Cancellation penalty for airfares are advised at the time of the booking.
  • If your travel is within 15 days, full payment is required and 100% cancellation applies, in case you cancel your trip after confirmation.
  • Refund by airlines takes up to 4 to 6 weeks. We credit the refund to customer in the original form of payment once received. The Local Service Fee for refund is Rs. 1500 + 18%  GST per person.
  • Refund for the hotels is advised at the time of booking. The amount is credited to the original form of payment via Bank transfer. The local service fee of Rs. 1500 + 18% GST applies per person.
  • The cancellation policy for Holiday Packages depends on country to country and the type of packages purchased. The refund is given once amount is received from our overseas Destination Management Company.

Payment Policy

  • Payment can be made by UPI/Cheque/Credit Card/Online Transfer.
  • We accept Credit Cards. A Transaction Fee / Payment Gateway Charge of 2.5% applies on Master /Visa cards.
  • Please check with our Holiday Consultant for Bank Details.
  • GST @5% applies to the total cost as per RBI guidelines.
  • TCS @5% applies on the total value of the Invoice incl. GST as per RBI guildelines.
