Visa Country : South Africa

• Passport: Original passport with the validity of minimum one month from the date of return and minimum three blank pages for visa stamping.
• Attach all old passports (if any) and copies of first & last page of the passport.
  Handwritten passports are not accepted.
• South Africa visa application form: One visa application Form DHA-84 to be duly filled in BLACK INK and block letters & signed by the applicant.
• Photo Specification: Two recent camera clicked passport size colored photographs on white background with 80% face coverage on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm).
• Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter

• Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer, High Commission of the Republic of South Africa, New Delhi.
• Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
  Financials: Personal / company bank statement for last three months with original bank stamp and signature on every page & a minimum balance of Rs. 60000

Proof of Occupation

• An NOC for leave from employer/ school/ university clearly mentioning applicants name, passport number and duration of visit. The letter must be duly signed by the authorized signatory stating his/her name, designation, contact details & address.
• Marriage certificate
• Proof of Accommodation : Hotel booking along with the day to day itinerary.
• Ticket: Confirmed return/onward air ticket .
• Medical: Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate

In case of Personal interview of the applicant, the conveyance charges to approach the diplomatic mission will have to be borne by the applicant themselves. XTRA MILE TRAVEL SERVICES  cannot be held liable for non-issuance or late issuance of visa by the Embassies/consulates

Booking Conditions

• We require a minimum 50% of the total booking to initiate the request.
• Full payment is required at least 15 days before departure.
• Confirmation Vouchers can only be given on the receipt of Full Payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy applies as per Hotel & Airlines regulations and policies. This is advised to you at the time of booking.
• If your travel is within 15 days, full payment is required and 100% cancellation applies, in case you cancel your trip after confirmation.

Payment Policy

• Payment to be made by Cash/Cheque/Draft/Online Transfer.
• We accept Credit Cards. A transaction fee of 2.5% applies on Master /Visa cards.
