Day Wise Plan

Day 01: Arrive Nairobi

  • Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our Uniglobe Silverbird representative & be transferred to your Nairobi hotel for overnight. Overnight stay at your preferred lodge. 

Day 02: Lake Nakuru

  • After breakfast, you will depart Nairobi for Lake Nakuru to arrive in time for lunch. After Lunch, proceed for afternoon game drives at Lake Nakuru Park. Overnight stay at your preferred lodge.

Day 03: Masai Mara

  • After breakfast, you will depart for Masai Mara to arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives. Overnight stay at your preferred lodge. 

Day 04: Masai Mara

  • Enjoy Full day at Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Overnight stay at your preferred lodge.

Day 05: Departure

  • After breakfast, you will depart Masai Mara for Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi to arrive in time for your flight back home with wonderful memories of you stay here in Kenya.
Inclusions
  • Meet and Greet service by our local representatives at J.K.I.A Airport.
  • Roundtrip transfers airport/hotel in Kenya.
  • Accommodation as per the choice of hotel/lodge (or similar).
  • Meals Full board while on safari as described by B (Buffet Breakfast), L (Lunch), D (Dinner); 1-litre bottled mineral water per person per day whilst on safari.
  • Transportation by specially equipped 7-seater Non-Air conditioned Safari Built 4x4 Landcruiser.
  • Services of a professional English speaking driver-guide.
  • Game drives, sightseeing and excursions as described in the itinerary; inclusive of applicable entrance fees.
  • Applicable local and government taxes on accommodation and transportation.
  • Temporary membership to Emergency Medical Evacuation Service whilst on safari.
Exclusions
  • All Items of personal nature i.e. beverages, laundry, telephone, souvenirs etc.
  • Travel / medical insurance, tips/gratuities for driver/guide and hotel staff, any change in itinerary.
  • Any extras not mentioned above e.g. extra meals, Visa fee, All Bank transfer fees while making the payments at USD 50.00 Nett per remittance transaction.
  • Credit card payments will attract 5% surcharge of the total price of the package.

Booking Conditions

  • We require a minimum 50% of the total booking to initiate the request.
  • Full payment is required at least 15 days before departure.
  • Confirmation Vouchers can only be given on the receipt of Full Payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy applies as per Hotel & Airlines regulations and policies. This is advised to you at the time of booking.
  • If your travel is within 15 days, full payment is required and 100% cancellation applies, in case you cancel your trip after confirmation.

  • We accept Credit Cards. A transaction fee of 2.5% applies on Master /Visa cards.
