Did a trip to Italy, Switzerland and France in June. Lokesh and Shweta are thorough professionals who had taken care of every minute detail of the tour, starting from train timings to the hotel location, ease of travelling and time mgmt for all the activities. We had a great trip. The best part was continuous support provided by Lokesh ( though he was on a different tour) and Shweta, even at odd hours. Great support.
