Did a trip to Italy, Switzerland and France in June. Lokesh and Shweta are thorough professionals who had taken care of every minute detail of the tour, starting from train timings to hotel location, ease of travelling and time mgmt for all the activities. Dear Lokesh & Team! It is difficult to describe all the emotions but I would like to appreciate you and your team for the hard work & coordination during our trip to Thailand (Phuket & Bangkok)!! It was very professionally organized from Day 1. The fact that you, as the Owner, were near us all the time on phone & e-mails while the booking was going on. The accommodation and service was excellent too. But I would like to mention for our stay in Phuket Amari. We booked a deluxe room with you and it was a surprise for us at the last moment during the Check-Inn at the hotel that we were upgraded to Suite Room. Really appreciated your efforts in this. BUT, while our stay for 4 Days we realised that lower category is better than the upgraded room in a property like this. We had to call for shuttle service to come down to the reception, swimming pool, breakfast, water activities and then again call for a shuttle to go back to the room. While we were with family (Kids) it was getting very difficult for us to shuffle up & down every time. The lower category which we booked was more comfortable and all activities were accessible very easily. We requested the hotel to shift us back but due to un-availability of the rooms we had no choice to stay up in the hills for 4 Days. Our next city was Bangkok again Amari Water Gate. The location of the property is A-One. It was our 1st trip to Bangkok and honestly we just enjoyed the property and malls. Nothing to do much as a tourist as it’s a busy city. Shopping is good. Special thanks I would like to address to all the members of Xtra Mile Travel Services. Thank you for your coordination and your professionalism! travel to Dubai was well organised. pick ups and drop were always done on time. every thing worked on auto mode. Thanks Pankaj and Rahul. however one feedback for everyone...during our visit to ski dubai we got to know that penguin parade happens at 2 pm whereas our drop was scheduled at 1.30 pm. I requested the travel agency royal Arabian who was managing the affair in Dubai and specifically told them that kids are excited and requested them to delay my departure by 1 hr. they refused to accommodate. had some one told us about this we would have altered the itenary. otherwise all arrangements were fabulous.read more

We stayed at BALI DREAM VILLA that was a fantabulous private villa..ambience was v good ..we had done exciting activities on the beaches ,completely chill-out or travelled to visit different attractions . We have visited plenty of arts and crafts galleries there. Ubud also has some of the best spa and massage parlours in Bali, so one should not miss out on a spa treatment. Our honeymoon trip to Bali designed by Xtra Mile Travel Services was an unforgettable and very well curated to meet our requirements. I feel Mr Lokesh Chawla very thoughtfully chosen our hotels - Rama Beach and The Bali Dream Villa. Both the properties are marvellous in their categories, I would give 4/5 for breakfasts to The Rama Beach and 5/5 for Pool Villas to Bali Dream Villa. You must experience the hospitality of these two. Xtra Mile team takes care of its customers while we are on the movement . They ensured our transfers and sightseeing are happening on time . Lokesh ji was regularly in touch with us on WhatsApp . What I didn't like was BOUNTY CRUISES. Go for Bali Hai cruises. The ground handling team in Bali made a mistake and gave us Bounty Cruises. When I approached Xtra Mile , they immediately arranged for Bali Hai Cruises next day and give this on complementary basis. Their entertainment, food, cruise vessels., Welcome on arrival was really fantastic, though I felt 3 hrs is bit long . Overall Xtra Mile team , Lokesh ji and Rahul ji were very helpful . What an amazing trip, best resorts, personalised service, best prices , everything was precisely designed and well priced. Seriously, of I would have done this booking online on my own, I wouldn't have done this better than these guys.read more

I had a booking at Ashlee palaza hotel and spa for 4 nights but they didn't provide me the room which I booked, and I have to stay in normal room for two nights, hotel staff was not good . But apart from hotel, xtramile services provided me very good service, the whole package and the activities involved in the package was awesome,, pickups and drops from the airport to hotel and vise versa was in the private car .
